If you submit our quote request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the type of door you're asking about, and anything you write in the message field. If you call or email us directly, we'll have whatever details you share in that conversation.

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you go on to book with us. We don't use your information for marketing and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

We keep enquiry and job-related information for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete it.
